I’m not so sure it should
You never stole my heart
I let you have it for free
I thought I’d get it back

with paths so far away
and choices few

felt this same way
A slight touch of blue
that wouldn’t go away

I rented it out
It’s been carved up and sold
and the pieces that are left
they’re a bluish gold

beneath the curves, between the lines - here's your clue
you were sittin’ across from me
across the sea
The perfect circle
It’s pure geometry
