Dear
Fellow Americans:
On
behalf of a grateful nation, let me thank you for
all you’ve done for the media arts. Your dedication
to your endeavor is obvious to this executive. I
like to think that people like us are pretty good
at their jobs. If I believed the polls, and I don’t,
it would seem that pretty much the whole country
is excited about the way I'm performing my job. I’m
talking about American polls, of course. What they
think in Europe is nothing to me. Wussies.
Anyway,
you are good at your jobs and I think that’s
important. We need more Americans who are good at
their jobs. I am starting a new campaign to get Americans
focused on being good at their jobs. I call it, “Be
Good at Your Job” and I’m hoping it will
inspire Americans from coast to coast to be good
at their jobs.
We
would like to use yours as an example of an American
company whose employees are focused on being good
at their jobs. Your role in our campaign will go
a long way toward reaching our goal of making more
people good at their jobs.
The
Chinese have a saying, “Be good at your job.” Maybe
they don’t actually say that in China, but
I read it in a fortune cookie not long ago and it
got me to thinking, “more people need to be
good at their jobs.”
So,
you keep doing whatever it is you’re doing
there at Radio Free Babylon™ and thanks for being
good at your jobs. If I’m ever in the Longwood
area, maybe I can stop in for a while and we can
talk politics and religion. Or not. Whatever.
With
the warm appreciation of a grateful nation, thanks
again for all you do.
Regards,

George W. Bush
