RadioStations
Music, commentary, news, drama. Fun stuff for an audience
that can’t
find anything on their radio dials, their 500 digital
channels or among the billions of podcasts out there now.
Our
stations will operate commercial-free. This requires a huge infusion
of
cash into a bottomless pit of expenditures. It costs a lot to dominate
the airwaves. (Why do you think there are so many ads on commercial
radio,
and why do you think commercial-free stations hold their semi-annual
Beg-A-Thons?) We don’t know where the money is coming from yet.
Hopefully the Music Division is going to carry the rest of
the corporation. Maybe we can also count on our Publications
Division to generate some cash for this huge vision we see. (And
really, we can’t call ourselves RadioFreeBabylon
and not have some stations, right?)

Our
Product Development Team is keeping a close eye on some struggling
Midwest
stations that we hope to purchase someday. The listeners to those stations
have endured a constant barrage of bad ads, poor programming, no-win
contests
and mediocre music. They deserve better and RFB will
deliver it to them.
Meantime, listen to the current show.
